Howard County police are investigating a two-vehicle collision in Ellicott City on the evening of June 21.
According to police, the crash happened around 6 p.m. in the 9700 block of Michaels Way, where a man was driving a pickup truck and struck a parked car before overturning.
No one was in the parked car at the time of the collision and there were no injuries reported.
While police are still investigating, spokeswoman Lori Boone said it is unknown if the driver will be charged.
