A two-vehicle collision on Woodbine Road between Frederick Road and I-70 in Lisbon has left two men injured, according to the Howard County police.

Police said a Chevy Cobalt was traveling southbound on Route 94 about 1 p,m,, when it crossed the double yellow center line and struck a Mack CL713 dump truck traveling northbound. The driver of the Chevy was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision, according to police.

The driver of the Chevy, Marcos Henrique De Lacerda, 32, of Ellicott City, was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center and listed in serious condition. Police said Glenn Scott Beck, 56, of Frederick—the driver of the dump truck—was taken to Howard County General Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Route 94 was closed for approximately two and a half hours. Police are still investigating.
