Howard County police have identified the man involved in a fatal industrial accident in Jessup Friday morning as Agrey Emile Coudakpo, 32, of Windsor Mill.
Personnel from the Howard County Police Department and Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services were called to Hanson Concrete Products in the 7900 block of Dorsey Run Road around 5:20 a.m. after an accident was reported involving an adult male employee.
Upon arrival, police found Coudakpo unresponsive, trapped in a piece of heavy machinery. He died at the scene.
The accident remains under investigation by the Howard County Police Department and Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
