A water main installation along Dorsey Run Road between Henkels Lane and Junction Drive in Annapolis Junction is slated to begin Friday, Dec. 26, according to county officials.
The developer construction project will link new homes in the Annapolis Junction Town Center community to public water and sewer services.
While construction is underway, for six consecutive weekends, Dorsey Run Road between Henkels Lane, the eastbound ramp to Route 32 and Junction Drive will close each Friday night at 9 p.m. and reopen by 5 a.m. on Monday morning. Traffic will be redirected via Route 32, Route 1 and Corridor Road during the closure.
The project is expected to be complete by late January 2015.
