Man exposes himself in East Columbia [Crime Log]

The following is compiled from police reports. Descriptions of perpetrators are included only when the description makes identification possible.

East Columbia

Centre Park Drive, 8700 block, 3:05 a.m. Nov. 2. Royal Farms employee sprayed with pepper spray outside store by unknown assailant, who fled. Second person entered store and stole cigarettes. Employee confronted second person, who fled.

Phillip Dorsey Way, 9000 block, between 6:15 and 8 p.m. Oct. 28. Victim returned home and saw garage door and door to residence from garage open. Jewelry, watches, laptop, pillowcase, bicycle and electronic gaming system stolen.

Kilimanjaro Road, 9500 block, 7:41 p.m. Oct. 28. Victim walking when approached by three men. One man struck victim with stick; ordered him to empty pockets. Victim pulled out knife and men fled.

Cloudleap Court, 8700 block, 12:30 p.m. Oct. 27. Man exposing himself and urinating in public. Virgilio Agustin-Hernandez, 36, no fixed address, charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

West Columbia

Starsplit Lane, 5100 block, between 10 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Oct. 27. Late reported incident. Laptops, radio, jewelry stolen from residence. One window discovered open; another window tampered with.

Little Patuxent Parkway, 10600 block, 5:20 p.m. Oct. 28. Vehicle pulled up to two female victims walking. Driver engaged them in conversation. Victims went to car and saw driver exposing himself.
