A state police computer crimes investigator and agents from the Department of Homeland Security used a search warrant on Mari's home, finding evidence of child pornography on his computer and cellphone, police said.

Mari was then arrested at the scene, police said, and taken to the county jail, where he is waiting for an appearance with the District Court Commissioner.
