Deemed the "final push" of redistricting opposition, a rally was held Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Howard County Fairgrounds ahead of the scheduled Howard County school board vote on a final plan Nov. 21. Organizers stated the purpose of the rally is to "come together as a county to oppose the current plan for the redistricting of Howard County schools."
