Joining the Korean bakery scene on Route 40 in Ellicott City is Tous les Jours, a French-Asian chain moving into Maryland with its new store and serving a selection of bakery goods and beverages with ingredients from Korea.
The brand began in 1997 and first launched in the United States in 2004 with a store in California. Tous les Jours has now grown to 31 stores including the Howard County location opening in mid-December.
“‘Tous les Jours’ means ‘every day’ in French, and we bake fresh bread every day,” says Jungshin Han, a spokesperson at Tous les Jours headquarters. “We have high-quality products made out from top-class ingredients and have 60 years of experience in flour milling techniques, which makes our products different from others."
