Black Friday begins at midnight for 48 Columbia Mall stores

Many of the Mall in Columbia retailers are opening their doors at 12 a.m. on Black Friday. Below is the full list of retailers opening at the stroke of midnight:

77Kids by American Eagle, A Christmas to Remember, Aeropostale, ALDO, ALDO Accessories, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Brookstone, Buckle, Chick-fil-A, Claire's, Disney Store, Eddie Bauer, Express, Finish Line, Five Guys, GameStop, Gap, Hollister Co., Hot Topic, Journeys, LOFT, Macy's, McDonald's, New York & Company, Oakley, PacSun, Payless ShoeSource, Perfumania, SKETCHERS, Sephora, Spencer's, Sunglass Hut, Talbots, The Children's Place, The Walking Company, Things Remembered, Vans, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, Wockenfuss Candy, Zumiez, and dELia*s.

Lord & Taylor will open at 5 a.m., and jcpenney will open at 6 a.m.

Sears will be opening at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and Starbucks will also open on Thanksgiving at 10 p.m.

The Mall in Columbia will also be handing out giveaways as part of the event.

According to a news release, shoppers will have an opportunity to spin a prize wheel to win gift cards, holiday tote bags, and t-shirts that say "I Survived Black Friday at The Mall in Columbia."

The Mall is also offering valet parking from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the entrances next to Starbucks and in between Macy's and Nordstrom.
