Va. company buys Columbia 7-Eleven for $1.6 million

A Virginia company recently purchased a 7-Eleven in Columbia for $1.2 million.

A Virginia based company has purchased a 7-Eleven near downtown Columbia for $1.6 million, according to a news release from the Virginia real estate firmed that facilitated the purchase.

Columbia Village LLC of Vienna, Va. purchased a convenience store located at 5740 Columbia Road, which is off of Little Patuxent Parkway.

The 3,153 square foot building is leased to 7-Eleven, according to a release from Spence Hill Associates.

The 7-Eleven lease expires Feb. 28, 2021, according to Michael Trauberman, managing director at Spence Hill. Trauberman said 7-Eleven also has a 5-year renewal option, which if exercised, would extend the lease to Feb. 28, 2026.
