Running
There were 34 Howard County Junior Striders that competed at the Cross Country National Meet Nov. 22 in Nashville. The 8-U girls team was fifth, the 9-10 girls 13th, the 11-12 boys eighth, and the 13-14 boys 12th.
Top Junior Striders finishers: Jack Reading and Anish Nanjappa 10th, Brynn Oergel and Connor McGeehan 11th, Avery Oergel 12th, Liam McCaffrey 13th, Carolina McCaffrey 15th, Frankie Moore 20th, Kendall Phillips 23rd, and Munthir Elhabashy, Cade McGeehan and Celine Pisanic 25th.
