Jump rope
There were 32 members of the Kangaroo Kids Competition Team that traveled to Glenelg to compete in the AAU Maryland Jump Rope Invitational Tournament on Jan. 31.
The event featured a total of 90 jumpers from five teams from either Maryland or Virginia.
This tournament included both an Experienced Division, for those who have previously competed in a competition, and a Novice Division for first time competitors. Ribbons were awarded to the top eight finishers per event in each age group.
