Columbia Association Board of Directors chair Andy Stack will run uncontested for his seat as the board representative for Owen Brown village in the upcoming Columbia elections.

With Stack running uncontested, that makes for only three contested races for the April 26 election. Those races are in Hickory Ridge, Harper's Choice and Town Center.

In Hickory Ridge, incumbent Gregg Schwind, who serves a pivotal role as CA board representative on the Inner Arbor Trust, will run against Harry Schwarz for a one-year term.

In Harper's Choice, Robert Fontaine, who ran in 2012, and Alan Klein, an activist who often speaks on behalf of the Coalition for Columbia's Downtown, are running to fill the seat vacated by Cindy Coyle, who announced she would not run again for her seat.
