Two Ellicott City homes burglarized [Crime Log]

Ellicott City

Dorsey Hall Drive, 4900 block, 4:31 p.m. Oct. 29. Front door pried open with metal object. Purse, electronics and car key stolen.

Grove Angle Road, 8400 block, between 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Oct. 28. Late reported incident. Tool used to force open front door of apartment. Laptop and jewelry stolen.

Savage/North Laurel

North 2nd Street, 100 block, 2:21 a.m. Nov. 3. Victim approached by two people outside hotel room, forced back inside. Cash, credit cards and cellphones stolen.

Baltimore Street, 9000 block, 10:54 p.m. Nov. 2. Two masked robbers entered Seven Star Food Mart, approached employee, demanded money. One threatened employee with handgun, second struck employee. Robbers stole cash and fled.

Whiskey Bottom Road, 8900 block, 8:25 p.m. Oct. 27. Entry gained to Phillips School by breaking window. Two juveniles arrested; charged with breaking and entering. Released to custody of parents.
