Juvenile charged with theft in home burglary [Crime Log]

Stevens Forest Road, 5700 block, 5:20 p.m. May 19. Male juvenile, 11, known to resident, gained entry through unsecured window, stole cell phone. Charged with theft.

Route 175, 6600 block, 4:18 p.m. May 20. Entry gained to trailer, storage shed in Blandair Park, breaking window. Electronics stolen.

Broken Staff, 7400 block, May 19 to 7:40 a.m. May 20. Two dirt bikes stolen.

Dobbin Center Way, 6400 block, 8:30 p.m. May 21. Victim approached by man who demanded money. Another man approached victim from behind, assaulted him. Men went through victim's pockets, did not take anything.

Snowden River Parkway, 9000 block, 2:25 p.m. May 22. Woman attempted to leave Home Depot without paying for merchandise, confronted by employee. Woman assaulted employee with pepper spray, ran away. Nothing taken.

Tamar Drive, 8800 block, 1:49 p.m. May 22. Employee saw two women run from vacant apartment. Nothing taken.

Robert Oliver Place, 5800 block, 12:45 a.m. May 25. Two men attempted to gain entry to Oakland Mills Liquors, attempted to break window. No entry gained; nothing taken. Witness saw two men near rear of building.

Greystone Lane, 8400 block, 7:15 a.m. May 24 to 8 a.m. May 25. Resident found balcony door forced open. Cash stolen, clothing damaged.
