Three women rob Columbia Toys"R"Us [Crime Log]

The following is compiled from police reports. Descriptions of perpetrators are included only when the description makes identification possible.

East Columbia


Dry Well Court, 5000 block, 10:13 a.m. Nov. 29. Victim reported missing two firearms, ammunition and accessories for other firearms. No signs of forced entry.

Dobbin Road, 6100 block, 7:06 p.m. Nov. 24. Two women exited the Toys"R"Us store with a shopping cart of unpaid merchandise. When confronted, one woman threatened her with pepper spray. Two women fled with additional suspect. No one injured.

West Columbia

Green Dragon Court, 11200 block, between 6 and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 29. Victim was on bottom level of residence and heard front door open. Later discovered unknown man unlocked front door and stole coat.

Symphony Way, 10700 block, between Nov. 26 and 1:40 p.m. Nov. 28. Entry gained by kicking front door open. Jewelry and iPad stolen.

Chestnut Park Lane and Governor Warfield Parkway, 6:28 p.m. Nov. 25. Two victims met with group. One stole cellphone and cash from victims. One man arrested by police. Police believe incident was drug-related. Gabriel Tabori, 23, of 5657 Thicket Lane in Columbia, charged with two counts each of robbery and theft and one count of second-degree assault.

Little Patuxent Parkway, 10300 block, 9 p.m. Nov. 24. Victim was walking when she was approached by unknown man who attempted to take purse. Victim broke free and man fled. No one injured. Nothing taken.
