U.S. Congressman Elijah Cummings is holding a Fall Healthcare Enrollment Festival Saturday, Oct. 26, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Horowitz Center for Visual and Performing Arts at Howard Community College in Columbia.
The event, co-sponsored by the African American Community Roundtable of Howard County and Healthy Howard's DOOR to Healthcare, will feature family activities, food and music, along with certified staff to help attendees enroll in affordable healthcare.
