Columbia walk held in protest of Howard County school redistricting plan

A walk was held to protest the Howard County Public School System's redistricting plan near the Mall in Columbia on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019. Howard schools Superintendent Michael Martirano presented his recommendation to the school board in August. He is proposing to move nearly 7,400 students throughout the county.
