I-95 at Route 100 reopened after suspicious packages cleared

All lanes of Interstate 95 near Route 100 in Howard County were reopened early Friday after two suspicious packages were cleared.

According to police reports, there were two suspicious packages, but both were cleared by bomb personnel. Both were in the Meadowridge Road/Route 103 area near Elkridge.
