Southbound traffic on U.S. 1 near Route 100 in Howard County was partially blocked Thursday afternoon after a sewage line rupture underground.
Howard County officials said only one southbound lane was getting by on U.S. 1 between Route 100 and Meadowridge Road (Route 103) as workers responded to fix the problem.
