The four are accused of stealing a cell phone and cash after abducting and beating a man who was walking at 6:55 p.m. The four were found nearby after a witness gave a description and the 15-year-old had the victim's cell phone in his pocket.
Charged as adults are David Edward Robinson, 17, of the 2800 block Westwood Road, and David Hulk Battle, 16, of the 8500 block Old Court Road. The 15-year-old is charged as a juvenile.
