•Gifted and talented testing will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. May 1 at Faulkner Ridge Center, 10598 Marble Faun Court in Columbia. •The Howard County public school system is seeking members for a potential Attendance Area Adjustment Committee, to be appointed by the superintendent. Redistricting may be under consideration for next year. Prospective plans must be reviewed by a committee of 10 to 12 residents and might include one student.
