Registration for new students or students entering public school kindergarten in August will be held at all Howard County public elementary schools Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and other times as designated by the school.
The parent or guardian must present at the time of registration:
•Child's proof of birth (birth certificate, baptism certificate, hospital certificate, passport).
•Record of immunizations.
•Proof of residency (lease, deed or house contract, and a utility bill).
•Photo ID of the parent/guardian.
•Proof of custody (custodial parent must provide divorce settlement papers, court papers if applicable).
