Tau Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. launches its PEAK (Puzzles Enriching Aspiring Kids) program on Friday. The chapter has purchased and will distribute age-appropriate puzzles as Christmas gifts to 3- and 4-year-old Head Start children in Howard County.
