The Town Center Community Association sponsors its annual Holiday Tea at Historic Oakland from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at 5430 Vantage Point Road. A two-course meal catered by the Tea Trolley will be served. Also, tea-related items will be on sale. Cost is $20. For more information, call 410-730-4801.
