A Catonsville man was critically injured after his motorcycle collided with a car on Route 108 in Ellicott City on Tuesday evening, Howard County police said.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. at Falls Run Road when Brandon Corey Collier's Yamaha motorcycle, which was traveling northbound, collided with a Honda Accord traveling southbound. The Honda's driver, who was not injured, was making a left turn onto Falls Run Road and turned in front of the motorcycle.
Collier, 27, was flown to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The intersection remained partially closed on Tuesday night.
