Howard County police said Timothy Mark Fuller, the man they claim shot his sister-in-law before officials found her body inside a burning trailer in Elkridge Saturday, was arrested Sunday morning in Florida.

Fuller, of Elkridge, was arrested by an officer making a routine check of a parking lot at about 8:20 a.m. in Jacksonville, Fla., according to a statement from Howard County police.

Fuller was taken into custody without incident, according to the statement.

Police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Fuller, 53, of the 6600 block of Washington Blvd. in Elkridge, on charges of first- and second-degree murder, as well as first-degree arson. The charges are in connection to the death of his sister-in-law, Stacey Fuller, 39, of the same address, police said.

Police said Timothy Mark Fuller is the brother of the victim's husband, and that they shared the trailer that burned Saturday. They said Tim Fuller left in a 2005 white Ford Focus with Maryland plates 9FEM32. A reward of up to $3,000 was being offered for information.

Police said Stacey Fuller suffered what appeared to be a gunshot wound, but the cause of the death is still being investigated.

Firefighters were called about the fire, in the Capitol Mobile Park in the 6600 block of Washington Blvd., around 10:35 a.m. Inside the trailer was a deceased woman, "suffering from trauma unrelated to the fire which investigators believe may be a gunshot wound," according to police.

Police said no other people were at home at the time of the fire, but four dogs were also found deceased.
