Holiday teas at Montpelier Mansion
Enjoy a seasonal, menu of finger sandwiches, cakes and pastries, scones and your choice of quality loose-leaf teas Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 20-21, at 9650 Muirkirk Road in Laurel. Teas will be served in Montpelier's elegant East Wing, which is decorated for the holidays. Cost is $29 per person, $25 for members of the Friends of Montpelier. 'White Christmas'
Laurel Mill Playhouse presents Irving Berlin's classic holiday musical "White Christmas" through Sunday, Dec. 21, at 508 Main St. Show times are 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday with 2 p.m. Sunday matinees. Tickets are $22, $17 for seniors, active-duty military and students 12 and younger. Patrons are encouraged to wear their favorite ugly Christmas sweater Saturday, Dec. 20. 'Harvey' auditions
Laurel Mill Playhouse will hold auditions for "Harvey," Mary Chase's comedy about an imaginary 61/2-foot rabbit at 7 p.m. Sunday and Monday, Dec. 14-15, at 508 Main St. in Laurel.
