Playhouse auditions

Laurel Mill Playhouse will hold auditions for Shakespeare's "The Comedy of Errors" at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 13 and 14 at 508 Main St. in Laurel. Church bazaar

Wildlife festival

Enjoy live animals, children's crafts, tram tours, scientific demonstrations and behind-the-scenes tours at the Patuxent Wildlife Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at the National Wildlife Visitor Center, 10901 Scarlet Tanager Loop in Laurel. Fall bazaar

St. Nicholas Church hosts a fall bazaar featuring crafts, homemade baked goods, children's activities, a boutique, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle and more Oct. 24 and 25, at 8603 Contee Road in Laurel.
