Antiques fair

The Howard County Historical Society's Appraisal Roadshow and Antiques Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at the Howard County Library's Miller branch, 9421 Frederick Road. 'Big Event'

Leadership Howard County will hold its annual "Big Event" from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at Turf Valley, 2700 Turf Valley Road. Guest speaker Wes Moore will present "From Adversity to Success: Transformational Lessons in Leadership." Spring Fest

The Ellicott City Partnership will host its annual Spring Fest from noon to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in Historic Ellicott City. The event will feature live music, Earth Day crafts and activities, local food and craft beer. Bands will include Mark Whiskey and the Sours, Sean K.
