Antiques fair The annual Howard County Historical Society Antiques Appraisal Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Howard County Library's Miller branch, 9421 Frederick Road in Ellicott City. Fair and expo The sixth annual Community Fair and Health Expo will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine, at the Atholton Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6520 Martin Road. The free event includes children's activities, food, music, a car wash, health information and short seminars. Health care providers will provide screenings and checkups, and many organizations will showcase their services. The event ends with a drawing for two children's bicycles and other prizes.
