Food, farms, films and fun Howard County's sixth annual Film Feastival will be held from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, at Clark's Elioak Farm, 10500 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City. The event highlights the county's Summer Restaurant Weeks, July 20-Aug. 3, and will feature food samples from restaurants and a farmers' market. Several new documentaries highlighting the value and importance of local farms and foods, as well as the challenges farmers and suppliers face as they adapt to the changing environment, will be shown.
