Fundraiser The Howard County Conservancy hosts its ninth annual "Wine in the Garden & Beer in the Barn" from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 10520 Old Frederick Road in Woodstock. Health festival The annual "U Can Win, Community Resource Day and Howard County Men's Health and FitnessFest" will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Celebration Church, 6080 Foreland Garth in Columbia.
