Annual fair The Department of Citizen Services and Office of Children's Services will host its annual preschool/child care information fair, Children On Board, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 26 at Ten Oaks Ballroom, 5000 Signal Bell Lane in Clarksville. Admission is free, but attendees are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to donate to the Howard County Food Bank. The event will provide parents, guardians, grandparents and child care personnel with information on child care, preschool and summer programs, as well as the opportunity to talk with teachers and program directors.
