Fair and expo

The sixth annual Community Fair and Health Expo will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, rain or shine, at the Atholton Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6520 Martin Road. The free event includes children's activities, food, music, a car wash, healthy living information and short seminars. Health care providers will provide screenings and checkups, and many organizations will showcase their services. The event ends with a drawing for two children's bicycles and other prizes. Craft and art show

The 22nd annual Artfully Wilde Fine Craft Show will be held Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7-8, at Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane.
