Hearing and protests about Howard County school redistricting plan | PHOTOS

Protest are held outside of the Howard School System's Central Office ahead of the first redistricting public hearing. Tonight's public hearing is for Region one. Region One is for all families currently attending Centennial, Howard, Mt. Hebron and Oakland Mills high schools, plus their respective feeder middle and elementary schools.
