Hot race in Edgewood leads to Muse, Goldsborough victories

Race director Jerry Henderson described conditions for his 5K in Edgewood Saturday simply as "hot, hot, hot" – an assessment accurate for all the races of the weekend in the most oppressive heat and humidity of the summer.

Tyler Muse of Bel Air and Rachel Goldsborough of Abingdon beat the field but not the heat in Edgewood, leading the way in the Running with the Rams 5K.
