The Havre de Grace Warriors won another girls volleyball match Thursday, beating host Elkton in three sets. Scores were 25-15, 25-14 and 25-15.
"A very solid and all around good game by the Havre de Grace team," Warriors coach Edwin Rivera said.
The team had outstanding defensive plays by libero Karli Chancey, assisting the setters Janelle Golz (12 points) and Shawnee Mahan (eight points). Hitters Katelyn Berger (11 points), Stephanie Rivera (10 points) and Gabriella Ennesser (10 points) led the way.
Eagles beat Rams
Edgewood lost at Bo Manor, 3-0, Thursday. Scores were 11- 25, 11-25 and 24-26.
Leaders for Edgewood were Tamiya Dean, two kills and outstanding service defense; Sydney Wolfe, four digs and outstanding service defense; Mekkai Koger, two kills; and Korrin Stumpf, two aces.
Also Thursday, North Harford won at Aberdeen, 3-1.
