The Havre de Grace girls volleyball team picked up a victory Tuesday, beating visiting Aberdeen, 3-0. Scores were 25-15, 30-28 and 25-22.
Leading the Warriors efforts were Stephanie Rivera and Gabriella Ennesser, with 13 points each; and Katelyn Berger, 10 points. Setter Janelle Golz contributed 12 points.
HCS gets win
Harford Christian (2-0) was also in the win column Tuesday, defeating visiting Redeemer Classical, 3-0. Scores were 25-22, 25-23 and 25-20.
Rose Garner led the Eagles with 16 assists and five aces. Maddie Purdy added 12 kills.
Tigers blank Cobras
Harford Tech was beaten 3-0 by visiting Rising Sun. The Tigers winning scores were 25-13, 25-14 and 25-10.
Tech leaders were Bailee Richman, five kills; Kerrigan Clem, five kills, one block; Kieran Turner, one kill, two blocks; and Tori Grubowski, one ace, two kills and eight assists.
Panthers drop Bobcats
Bel Air was a 3-0 loser to visiting Perryville. The Panthers won each game 25-19.
Perryville's stat leaders were Gabby Goodnow, 12 kills, 11 digs, two blocks; Rose Porch, 33 assists, nine digs; Erin Murphy, 13 service points, 11 digs; Hailey Jones, 19 digs, 12 service points, five aces; and Teri Wennersten, 12 kills and seven digs.
