The Edgewood girls soccer team bounced back from Monday's lopsided loss at Patterson Mill to beat host Aberdeen, 3-1, Wednesday in non-division girls soccer play.
Edgewood goals were scored by Angela Wood, Ellie Cachiaras and Mackenzie Souder.
Sierra Smith tallied the lone Aberdeen goal in a game that was scoreless at the half.
Aberdeen keeper Elena League made 23 saves. Edgewood goalie Emma Grantland had two saves.
Tech wins
Harford Tech picked up a win Wednesday, shutting out visiting Loch Raven, 4-0, in non-league play.
The Cobras led 2-0 at the half.
Tech goals were scored by Emily Kissner, Taylor Reider, Emma Ryan and Claire Ashburn. Assists were credited to Gwen Gasu, Alex Pipkin, Danica Lavarias and Ryan.
Tech played two goalies, with Hannah Warner making two saves and Jordan Althoff making one. Loch Raven goalie Ashanti Cheeks had 16 saves.
Hawks beat Patriots
North Harford defeated visiting Patapsco, 4-0, Tuesday.
Lauren O'Sullivan scored the first goal, assisted by Marley Copes, who followed with an unassisted goal.
Maddie Schwarz netted the third goal with assist from Cami Davis and Julia Fiacco closed out the scoring with an unassisted goal.
Warriors blanked
Havre de Grace was beaten at home by Manchester Valley, 5-0, Tuesday.
