Harford Law Enforcement Torch Run

Law enforcement officers from a host of local agencies along with members of the Harford County Running Club carried the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch along Rt. 40 Tuesday afternoon. The group began in Havre de Grace and made their way along the 18 mile route along Rt .40 to Joppatowne where the torch was passed along to Baltimore County police for their section of the run.
