Harford schools rally

Hundreds of concerned parents, students, teachers and school officials gathered in the parking lot adjacent to the Harford County Public Schools headquarters Thursday evening before making  their way to the Harford County Council chambers, where they planned to urge the council to “Fund15” — fully fund the Harford board of education’s request for a $15 million increase in education funding during a public hearing on the county’s budget.
