Women's summer lacrosse league hampered by storms

For the first time this season, the Bel Air Women's Summer Lacrosse League saw a night of league play postponed because of bad weather.

Thursday's thunderstorms were too much for the league, which plays two games each every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Rockfield Park's Ewing Street Field. Thursday's games will be made up at the end of the season, according to league commissioner Terry Handerhan.

Through five nights of play, Recyclables leads the standings at 4-1. The Dark Knights are 2-2-1 and Little Miss Moonshine is 2-3. 'Murica is 1-3-1 with all three losses coming by one goal.
