Two swim meets postponed from Monday were contested in two pools Wednesday evening along Route 40.
In a tri-meet at Edgewood Middle School, North Harford was a combined winner over Harford Tech and Aberdeen, while at Magnolia Middle School, C. Milton Wright defeated Fallston in a dual meet.
North Harford beat Tech, 110-78, and Aberdeen, 115-73. Tech beat Aberdeen, 95-91. In boys scoring, North Harford won, 53-41 over Tech and 62-32 over Aberdeen. Tech beat Aberdeen, 52-41.
In girls scoring, North Harford beat Tech, 57-37, and Aberdeen, 52-41. Aberdeen beat Tech, 50-43.
Double relay wins helped North Harford to the sweep. The Hawks won the 200 medley and 400 free relays in the boys and girls meets.
Luke Johnson was a double winner for the Hawks, winning the 50 and 100 free races. Kyle Russell added a win in the 500 free event.
The Hawks also had a double winner in girls, with Hillary Young taking the 500 free and 100 back events.
Tech had a pair of boys take double wins. Justin Carestia took top honors in the 200 IM and 100 back races, while Gracen Clem was first in the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke. Luke Crouse won the 200 free for Tech and the Cobras won the 200 free relay.
Taylor Casalena led the Tech girls with wins in the 200 free and 100 butterfly and Megan Culbertson was a winner in the 100 breaststroke.
Winners for the Eagles were Lauren Drumm, 200 IM, Sienna Guiou, 50 free, and Sierra Smith, 100 free.
The Eagles also won the girls 200 free relay.
Mustangs beat Cougars
In CMW's win, the Mustangs were pretty dominant, winning 233-104. The CMW boys won, 134-34, and the girls won, 99-70.
Three double winners led the boys. Colin Hildebeidel won the 200 and 500 free; Matthew Treusdell won the 200 IM and 100 back; and Ryan Baldino won the 100 butterfly and 100 free.
Jacob Wright added a win in the 50 free and Tyler Kosar won the 100 breast.
The O'Mara sisters handled the Mustangs girls. Lauren won the 200 IM and 100 free races and Julia posted victories in the 50 free and 100 breaststroke.
The Mustangs won all six relays.
Fallston had three winners in the girls meet, led by Emily Hoyt, who won the 200 and 500 free races. Rachel D'Anna won the 100 butterfly and Eileen Scheir won the 100 back.
Huskies beat Rams
Also Wednesday, Patterson Mill defeated Edgewood in all three scoring phases at North Harford Middle School. The Huskies won 250-90 combined, 119-51 boys and 131-39 girls.
The Huskies won every event, highlighted by double wins from Michael Clarkson (200 free and 500 free); Luke Holloway (200 IM and 100 free); Annie Tompkins (200 free and 500 free); and Brianna Collins (200 IM and 100 back).
Bobcats beat Warriors, Mariners
Bel Air was a winner in the pool at Magnolia Middle School on Tuesday, beating Joppatowne and Havre de Grace.
The Bobcats beat both schools in all scoring phases. The scores against Joppatowne were 140-32 combined, 71-13 boys and 69-19 girls. Bel Air scores over Havre de Grace were 100-87 combined, 51-42 boys and 49-45 girls.
The Warriors beat Joppatowne in all three phases – 123-33 combined, 56-13 boys and 67-20 girls.
Matthew Siebold was the lone individual double winner for the Bobcats, taking first in the 200 and 500 free races.
Drew Gagnon added a win in the 200 IM as did Xavier Kane in the 100 breaststroke event.
The Bel Air boys also won the 400 free relay.
Bel Air girls had two individual winners. Yvonne Armstrong won the 200 IM race and Madelynn Dougherty won the 50 free.
Bel Air girls also won the 200 medley and 200 free relays.
Leading the Havre de Grace girls were double winners Brianna Clark (100 breaststroke and 200 free) and Allissa Lyons (100 back and 100 free).
Jillian Laakso won the 100 butterfly and Ashley Burkhardt took first in 500 free.
The Warriors also won the 400 free relay.
Ryan Burkhardt was the lone boys winners, capturing first in the 100 fly and 100 back events.
Burkhardt was also part of the winning 200 medley relay and the Warriors also won the 200 free relay.
Joppatowne's wins came from one swimmer. Dale Marx raced to wins in the 50 and 100 free events.
