More swimmers were back in the pool Thursday and C. Milton Wright started 2015, right where it left off in 2014.
The Mustangs dominated the scoring at the Edgewood Middle School pool over Aberdeen (140-47) and Edgewood (158-27). Aberdeen beat Edgewood, 108-75.
In boys scoring, CMW beat Aberdeen, 77-16, and Edgewood, 80-13. Edgewood beat Aberdeen, 47-46.
In girls scoring, CMW beat Aberdeen, 63-31, and Edgewood, 78-14. Aberdeen beat Edgewood, 62-28.
The CMW boys won all three relays and every individual event but one.
Ryan Baldino was the lone double winner, taking first in the 100 free and 100 back. Other Mustang winners were Tyler Kosar, (200 free); Charles Musante, (200 IM); Colin Hildebeidel, (50 free); Griffith Scarborough, (500 free); and Bernie Chang, (100 breaststroke).
Aberdeen's Robert Brosh won the lone event CMW didn't, taking the top spot in the 100 butterfly.
Eric Quinn had Edgewood's best finish, placing second in the 50 free. Josh Bulavko, (100 free), and Tim Johnson, (100 butterfly), took thirds. The Rams were also third in the 20 medley relay.
The O'Mara sisters led the Mustang girls, each winning two events. Julia took the 200 and 500 free races and Lauren handled the 100 free and 100 back events.
Jill Carter, (200 IM), and Anne Capozzoli, (50 free), were also winners for CMW. The CMW girls also won the 200 and 400 free relays.
Aberdeen had two winners. Lauren Drumm took first in 100 butterfly and Fiona O'Shea was first in 100 breaststroke.
The Eagles also had the winning 200 medley relay team.
Madelyn Miller had Edgewood's top finish, placing second in the 200 IM race. The Rams were third in the 200 free relay.
