Patterson Mill wins Harford cheerleading title

Patterson Mill High's varsity cheerleading team won the 2013 Harford County Cheerleading Championship last Wednesday, Oct. 23.

The varsity and jayvee championships were held at Harford Tech High School.

This was the first time in the school's history that Patterson Mill won the championship. The team, coached by Robin Yates, was led by captains Katie Borries, Alex Harper and Natalie Thompson.

"The girls practiced hard every day & really gave it 110 percent," Yates said. "I couldn't be more proud of their performance."

1st Place - Patterson Mill (coached by Robin Yates)

2nd Place - Harford Tech

3rd Place - C Milton Wright
