West Ring Factory Road, in the vicinity of Tollgate Road and Somerville Road southwest of Bel Air, will be closed to all through traffic for approximately three weeks between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday for utility construction, Harford County Public Works announced.
The closure expected to begin on or about Thursday, Jan. 15.
Motorists are advised to make other arrangements if they normally use this road during the construction period.
School buses and emergency vehicles will be allowed through at all times, according to the announcement.
