The Harford County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for The Park at Winters Run, a mixed-use apartment community located just west of Bel Air between the Bel Air Bypass and Route 1, off Old Joppa Road.
Guests enjoyed catering from neighboring Birroteca restaurant and games.
Construction on the clubhouse was recently completed, which marked the end of the final stage of the apartment project.
A future retail component is also planned for the community.
Klein Enterprises, of Pikesville, is the developer of the property, while The Dolben Company, Inc., handles the management of apartments.
