Congratulations and a heartfelt thank you to the Havre de Grace Independence Celebration Committee for another spectacular parade.
Committee members have been responsible for continuing this proud display of patriotism and community spirit over many years and through many challenges.
After witnessing another successful parade over the weekend, we are still amazed by the planning and logistics required to manage the number of parade units and their transportation.
This is an event that the people of Havre de Grace have been and should continue to be very proud of.
