The 2013 9U Hickory Hornets were recently crowned Maryland State Champions in the Babe Ruth League's Cal Ripken Division. The Hornets won the title in Frederick and will represent Maryland in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament in New Jersey. Play begins Aug. 2.
